Park model information

All Park Model come fully equipped with basic linens, such as four bath towels, four wash cloths and bed linens. Also provided is a full kitchen including pots and pans, dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

Daily Housekeeping is not provided. The cleaning fee is for a departure clean.

We do suggest you bring pool/bath towels and paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all units.

No. 6 A 400 square-foot one-bedroom unit with a double bed and sofa bed. Has a television in the bedroom and den. Allows a maximum of four people. Does not allow pets.
